THE PROJECT MONARCH
Amidst the subtle cerebral circumvention of the gullible populace, through a multitude of manipulated mediums, lies one of the most diabolical atrocities perpetrated upon a segment of the human race; a form of systematic mind control which has permeated every aspect of society for almost fifty years.
To objectively ascertain the following, one may need to re-examine preconceived ideologies relating to the dualistic nature of mankind.
Resolving the philosophical question of whether we are inherently good or inherently evil is tantamount in shaping our perception of reality; specifically, the spiritual variable within the equation of life.
This exposition is substantiated by declassified U.S. government documents, individuals formerly connected to the U.S. intelligence communities, historical writings, researchers knowledgeable in mind control, publications from mental health practitioners, and interviews taken from survivors unwittingly subjected to a highly complex form of trauma-based mind control known as MONARCH programming.
A word of caution for survivors of intensively systematic mind control and/or some form of ritualized abuse: There are numerous “triggers” in this article.
It is therefore recommended not to read it unless appropriate support systems are in place or if you have a thoroughly reintegrated personality.

Levels of Programming
ALPHA. Regarded as "general" or regular programming within the base control personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory retention, along with substantially increased physical strength and visual acuity. Alpha programming is accomplished through deliberately subdividing the victims personality which, in essence, causes a left brain-right brain division, allowing for a programmed union of L and R through neuron pathway stimulation.
BETA. Referred to as "sexual" programming. This programming eliminates all learned moral convictions and stimulates the primitive sexual instinct, devoid of inhibitions. "Cat" alters may come out at this level.
DELTA. This is known as "killer" programming, originally developed for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal adrenal output and controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are devoid of fear; very systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.
THETA considered to the "psychic" programming. Bloodliners (those coming from multi-generational Satanic families) were determined to exhibit a greater propensity for having telepathic abilities than did non-bloodliners. Due to its evident limitations, however, various forms of electronic mind control systems were developed and introduced, namely, bio-medical human telemetry devices (brain implants), directed-energy lasers using microwaves and/or electromagnetics. It is reported these are used in conjunction with highly-advanced computers and sophisticated satellite tracking systems.
OMEGA. A "self-destruct" form of programming, also known as "Code Green." The corresponding behaviors include suicidal tendencies and/or self-mutilation. This program is generally activated when the victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much memory is being recovered.
GAMMA. Another form of system protection is through "deception" programming, which elicits misinformation and misdirection. This level is intertwined with demonology and tends to regenerate itself at a later time if inappropriately deactivated.

MK ULTRA
Project MK-ULTRA or MKULTRA is a government project that started in 1948 and studies mind control through chemical interrogation and other means. The project was first run by Sidney Gottlieb, Frank Olson and William Sargant. Although MK-ULTRA is most recognized with the LSD testing in the 1950's and 1960's, they have been involved with many other mind control related testing. MK-ULTRA has tested interrogation through fear of deadly animals and Subproject 54, which through "perfect concussion" tried to erase the memories of U.S. submarine crew. Some of the most secret projects in U.S. history all took place under MK-ULTRA, such as Projects Paperclip, Chatter, Bluebird and Artichoke. Many of the scientists that worked under MK-ULTRA were former Nazis who had been convected of war crimes and then smuggled into the United States by the CIA.
Despite the passage of four decades, America, and its military, has never come to grips with its own ghastly programs of using soldiers as guinea pigs to test chemical or biological weapons such as LSD, sarin, nerve gases, plague, mescaline, anthrax, and hundreds of others. At the same time, they also conducted mind control experiments, as soldiers and others were administered drugs, and septal implants were inserted in the sinus cavities ala The Manchurian Candidate. The secret research programs, originally code-named MKULTRA, but continued under a long succession of other code names, were conducted mainly by the US Army from 1943 until at least 1975. However, the CIA provided planning, financial support, and field testing.
The participants in the experiments were recruited by the U.S. Army and lured by promises of no KP duty, a four-day work week, the promise of medals and special recognition. At the same time, they were sworn to secrecy and forced to sign a general consent form without informed consent or even knowing the nature of the toxic substances that were sprayed in their faces, applied to their skin or injected into their veins. And the government continues to try to hide the fact that Nazi members were recruited to help devise these experiments as part of Operation Paperclip, and that many of the biological experiments were modeled after those conducted by the notorious Colonel Shiro Ishi in Manchuria and Japan.
By understanding of the occult methods employed for long-term power systems, you will begin to understand what the New World Order is all about: long-term, secret and absolute transformation of our own culture via psychological warfare on the subconscious mind. Though more sophisticated, you will notice that the entire process is precisely the same as the Nazis used. In fact, the Nazis got much of their understanding of how to loosen children from their parents through a "science of demoralization" from the U.S.. A satanic oligarchy has existed for centuries with a long-term eugenics agenda of absolute slavery. This is the precise power system our Founding Fathers opposed. The goal is an effective eugenics operation advancing a totalitarian coup over our Constitution by a very small elite. This coup may have already taken place in Europe. The fundamental power structure of the Constitution is literally reversed by changing the mind's understanding of power and not changing a single word of the Constitution. This is effectively done through "peer pressure" attitudes advanced by Tavistock and other secretive organizations which deliberately destroy, trivialize and mischaracterize parent-child bonds. By transforming our children into sexless, mindless cyborgs, this treason would be absolute and irreversible.
Terrorism is merely a pretext used by all tyrants throughout history to grab more power. A "war" on terrorism is the ultimate self-fulfilling prophesy because it is advanced through war-logic and not through sound justice. War-logic creates the self-fulfilling engine of absolute social engineering which leads to Nazi death camps. Our Founding Fathers responded to British terrorism by forging the Constitution, the greatest contract against terrorism in world history. Our Founding Fathers inherently knew about hearding intellectual cats. They were not about to be hearded by mesmerists, no matter how sophisticated the hypno-illusions! Terrorism only works against dumbed-down conformists. No terrorist would
bother attacking a truly free and intelligent people. What would be the point? A truly free people will demand justice while simultaneously securing their freedoms in full defiance. Full defiance advances the greatest weapon against terrorists: millions of free-thinking patriots on a mission for justice, not blind conformists building an absolute control grid.

The objective of Operation Mind Controf during this period has been to take human beings, both citizens of the United States and citizens of friendly and unfriendly nations and transform them into unthinking, subconsciously programmed "zombies," motivated without their knowledge and against their wills to perform in a variety of ways in which they would not otherwise willingly perform. I learn that this is accomplished through the use of a number of various techniques most of which amount to pain and trauma-based classical conditioning.
Mind control is the most terrible imaginable crime because it is committed not against the body, but against the mind and the soul Dr. Joost A.M. Meerloo expresses the attitude of the majority of psychologists in calling it "mind rape,"
and warns that it poses a great "danger of total physical destruction. .. "
"Cryptocracy" is a compound of crypto, meaning "secret", and- cracy, meaning "rule, government, governing body." The cryptocracy, then, is the secret government whose identity and whereabouts have slowly and reluctantly been hinted at by the Congress through its investigations into Watergate, the CIA, and the rest of the intelligence community.
While the CIA, near the top of the intelligence pyramid has been drawing most of the fire, the evidence of a cryptocracy clearly implicates the National Security Agency, the National Programs Office, the Defense Intelligence Agency and its subsidiaries in military intelligence, The Federal Bureau of Investigation as well as the Civil Service. The crypto-alliance has extended in an ever expanding network among private contractors and institutions and religious organizations. With the Central Intelligence in the vanguard, the cryptocracy is composed of persons operating within the office of Naval Intelligence, Anny Intelligence, Air Force Intelligence, Department of Justice, Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Bureau of Prisons, Bureau of Narcotics, Atomic Energy Commission (Department of Energy), Veteran's Administration, General Setvices Administration, National Science Foundation, and even major American corporations, especially certain airlines, oil companies, and aerospace contractors.
